Mint RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist
Mint in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.03 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mint RDA really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at mint in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested mint in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where mint goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
