Home / Lemon box mod IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist

Choosing a box mod for lemon

Lemon in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

A lemon box mod from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.99 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

What a lemon box mod really costs in Nouméa

Lemon in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

How we tested lemon in a box mod

1. Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
2. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
3. Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.

• The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
• Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
• Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
• Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into New Caledonia.

Where lemon goes wrong

• Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
• Treating the advertised XPF29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.99 per 10 ml.
• Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.

The rules that apply here

New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
