Mint pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist
Mint in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Mint pen device here
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.4 per 10 ml.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mint pen device really costs in Nouméa
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.4 per 10 ml.
How we tested mint in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where mint goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.4 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
