Cola RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist
Cola in Nouméa: 23 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
If you are looking at cola in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Cola RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cola RDA really costs in Nouméa
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.34 per 10 ml.
How we tested cola in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where cola goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.34 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
