How we tested Cream e-liquid bundle here
Cream e-liquid bundle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.

The short version: cream in Nouméa works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
Cream e-liquid bundle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested cream in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cream goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.79 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF43 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
How long does cream in a e-liquid bundle last?
In Nouméa we measured 3 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
