Spiced starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Spiced in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Spiced is allowed to say
If you are looking at spiced in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Spiced starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced starter kit really costs in Nouméa
A spiced starter kit from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.79 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested spiced in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
