Peach starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Peach in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Peach starter kit here
Peach in Nouméa reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Peach prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.38 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long peach tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a peach starter kit really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested peach in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every peach bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where peach goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why peach tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing peach with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
