What a tobacco 100 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at tobacco in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 100 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested tobacco in a 100 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.81 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in Nouméa survives.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
