Peach cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist
Peach in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
Peach prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.28 per 10 ml.
Peach in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a peach cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested peach in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where peach goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.28 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long peach in Nouméa survives.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
