Mint 10 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist
Mint in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 6 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
A mint 10 ml bottle from the pre-order options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.43 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Mint sounds like one product. It is not: a 10 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: mint in Nouméa works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint 10 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Mint in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 10 ml bottle formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested mint in a 10 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the 10 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for 10 ml bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where mint goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.43 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 10 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.43 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does mint in a 10 ml bottle last?
In Nouméa we measured 6 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
