Lime vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist
Lime in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good vape pen from a repack
Lime in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A lime vape pen from the value options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.15 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: lime in Nouméa works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Lime sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested lime in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lime bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where lime goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.15 per 10 ml.
- Mixing lime with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.15 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
How long does lime in a vape pen last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
