Lemon pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Lemon in Nouméa: 10 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on lemon: 10 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a lemon pen device really costs in Nouméa
Lemon sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested lemon in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is lemon legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.65 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF64 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
