Iced RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist
Iced in Nouméa: 10 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Iced RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you are looking at iced in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced RDA really costs in Nouméa
Iced in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested iced in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where iced goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.1 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for iced in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.1 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
