What the label on Honey is allowed to say
Honey in Nouméa reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.

If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long honey tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a honey starter kit really costs in Nouméa
Honey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.2 per 10 ml.
How we tested honey in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every honey bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where honey goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long honey in Nouméa survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why honey tastes flat after two days.
