Honey e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Honey in Nouméa: 10 units tested over 8 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good e-liquid bundle from a repack
Honey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.05 per 10 ml.
Honey in a e-liquid bundle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, e-liquid bundle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a honey e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on honey: 10 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested honey in a e-liquid bundle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a honey bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where honey goes wrong
- Mixing honey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for honey in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.05 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF39 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does honey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the honey blend itself harsh.
