Herbal vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist
Herbal in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good vape pen from a repack
Herbal sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
A herbal vape pen from the discounted options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.25 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a herbal vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.25 per 10 ml.
How we tested herbal in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long herbal in Nouméa survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why herbal tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On herbal the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.25 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should herbal start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
How long does herbal in a vape pen last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
