Herbal vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Herbal in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Herbal is allowed to say
A herbal vape pen from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.16 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.16 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a herbal vape pen really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at herbal in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested herbal in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long herbal in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.16 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
