The short version: graphite in Nouméa works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Nouméa
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.66 per 10 ml.
How we tested graphite in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.66 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a zero-nicotine bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
