Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Frozen refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A frozen refill pack from the value options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.99 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested frozen in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.99 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Nouméa survives.
