Fig vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist
Fig in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the fig habit
Fig in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long fig tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a fig vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Fig sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested fig in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where fig goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long fig in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.32 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.32 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF36 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
How long does fig in a vape pen last?
In Nouméa we measured 3 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
