Candy e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Candy in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good e-liquid bundle from a repack
Candy e-liquid bundle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Candy sounds like one product. It is not: a e-liquid bundle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: candy in Nouméa works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.26 per 10 ml.
How we tested candy in a e-liquid bundle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where candy goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.26 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.

On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.26 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF49 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
