Berry starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Berry in Nouméa: 17 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Berry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.73 per 10 ml.
The short version: berry in Nouméa works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a berry starter kit really costs in Nouméa
We run berry the same way in Nouméa: same starter kit, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested berry in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a berry bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where berry goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long berry in Nouméa survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why berry tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Why does berry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the berry blend itself harsh.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.73 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF35 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does berry in a starter kit last?
In Nouméa we measured 3 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
