Vanilla sub-ohm kit IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Vanilla in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 8 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Vanilla is allowed to say
Vanilla sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Vanilla sounds like one product. It is not: a sub-ohm kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a vanilla sub-ohm kit really costs in Nouméa
We run vanilla the same way in Nouméa: same sub-ohm kit, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested vanilla in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised XPF41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.3 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long vanilla in Nouméa survives.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.3 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.3 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF41 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
