Vanilla e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Vanilla in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 3 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The honest read on vanilla: 13 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
A vanilla e-liquid bundle from the reviewed options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.49 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested vanilla in a e-liquid bundle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long vanilla in Nouméa survives.
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised XPF52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.49 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should vanilla start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.49 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
