How we tested Tropical refill pack here
If you are looking at tropical in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A tropical refill pack from the compared options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.99 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested tropical in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tropical in Nouméa survives.

How long does tropical in a refill pack last?
In Nouméa we measured 2 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should tropical start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tropical the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.99 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
