Tropical e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Tropical in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 3 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the tropical habit
Tropical prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.57 per 10 ml.
Tropical e-liquid bundle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long tropical tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tropical e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
We run tropical the same way in Nouméa: same e-liquid bundle, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested tropical in a e-liquid bundle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tropical in Nouméa survives.
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does tropical in a e-liquid bundle last?
In Nouméa we measured 3 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
