Tropical 60 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Tropical in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 2 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
We run tropical the same way in Nouméa: same 60 ml bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Tropical in a 60 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long tropical tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tropical 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on tropical: 14 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested tropical in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tropical bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Spare parts availability for 60 ml bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tropical the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.71 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
Is tropical legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
