Tropical 100 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Tropical in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 3 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Tropical is allowed to say
Tropical 100 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Tropical prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.88 per 10 ml.
The short version: tropical in Nouméa works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tropical 100 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested tropical in a 100 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for 100 ml bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tropical tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 100 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a 100 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
