Coil life, liquid cost and the tobacco habit
A tobacco zero-nicotine bottle from the budget options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.65 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

The short version: tobacco in Nouméa works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Nouméa
Tobacco zero-nicotine bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested tobacco in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
