Tobacco 100 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Tobacco in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 9 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Tobacco is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Tobacco in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 100 ml bottle formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the 100 ml bottle you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco 100 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
A tobacco 100 ml bottle from the bulk options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.22 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested tobacco in a 100 ml bottle
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.22 per 10 ml.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a 100 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for tobacco in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
