Sweet squonk mod IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Sweet in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 4 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a squonk mod for sweet
Sweet sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at sweet in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, squonk mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sweet squonk mod really costs in Nouméa
Sweet in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested sweet in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing sweet with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sweet tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.56 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF64 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
