Sweet prefilled pod IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Sweet in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Sweet prefilled pod here
A sweet prefilled pod from the online options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.89 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long sweet tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sweet prefilled pod really costs in Nouméa
We run sweet the same way in Nouméa: same prefilled pod, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested sweet in a prefilled pod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Mixing sweet with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised XPF47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.89 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a prefilled pod that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does sweet in a prefilled pod last?
In Nouméa we measured 5 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
