Sweet box mod IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Sweet in Nouméa: 17 units tested over 8 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Sweet is allowed to say
Sweet in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: sweet in Nouméa works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet box mod really costs in Nouméa
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.03 per 10 ml.
How we tested sweet in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sweet tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sweet the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.03 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does sweet in a box mod last?
In Nouméa we measured 8 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should sweet start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
