Sweet 60 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist
Sweet in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 5 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sweet habit
A sweet 60 ml bottle from the pre-order options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.23 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.23 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long sweet tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sweet 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on sweet: 15 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested sweet in a 60 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sweet tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
