Spiced refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Spiced in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Spiced is allowed to say
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.32 per 10 ml.
Spiced refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced refill pack really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested spiced in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for spiced in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
