Spiced RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist
Spiced in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Spiced in Nouméa reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced RDA really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on spiced: 19 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested spiced in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised XPF55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.77 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.77 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does spiced in a RDA last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
