Spiced RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Spiced in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Spiced is allowed to say
We run spiced the same way in Nouméa: same RDA, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Spiced in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a spiced RDA really costs in Nouméa
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.98 per 10 ml.
How we tested spiced in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.98 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF51 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
