Sour refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist
Sour in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
A sour refill pack from the starter options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.77 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The honest read on sour: 14 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: sour in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour refill pack really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested sour in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where sour goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Nouméa survives.
