Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
The honest read on salted: 12 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Salted in Nouméa reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: salted in Nouméa works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted sub-ohm kit really costs in Nouméa
Salted in Nouméa reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested salted in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where salted goes wrong
- Mixing salted with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Nouméa survives.
