Salted RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Salted in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Salted is allowed to say
Salted RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run salted the same way in Nouméa: same RDA, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted RDA really costs in Nouméa
Salted sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested salted in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where salted goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is salted legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
