Salted disposable vape IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Salted in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 8 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
We run salted the same way in Nouméa: same disposable vape, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the disposable vape you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted disposable vape really costs in Nouméa
Salted sounds like one product. It is not: a disposable vape running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested salted in a disposable vape
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a disposable vape arrives sealed but wrong.
Where salted goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a disposable vape that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
