Salted 60 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Salted in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with salted in New Caledonia
Salted in a 60 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

The short version: salted in Nouméa works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested salted in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where salted goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.74 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is salted legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
