Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Raspberry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.9 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at raspberry in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long raspberry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested raspberry in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where raspberry goes wrong
- Mixing raspberry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
