Plum squonk mod IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist
Plum in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 7 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Plum squonk mod here
We run plum the same way in Nouméa: same squonk mod, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Plum squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum squonk mod really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested plum in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.25 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.25 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF45 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
