Plum squonk mod IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist
Plum in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 4 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Plum is allowed to say
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.69 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: plum in Nouméa works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum squonk mod really costs in Nouméa
Plum squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plum in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised XPF60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.69 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Nouméa survives.
