Plum 100 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Plum in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 4 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good 100 ml bottle from a repack
Plum in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 100 ml bottle formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.31 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 100 ml bottle you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum 100 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested plum in a 100 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Nouméa survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a 100 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.

Frequently asked questions
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
How long does plum in a 100 ml bottle last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
