Plain 60 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist
Plain in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 6 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plain habit
A plain 60 ml bottle from the reviewed options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.69 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Plain 60 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: plain in Nouméa works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at plain in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 60 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plain in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plain goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plain in Nouméa survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
