Pear zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Pear in Nouméa: 10 units tested over 4 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good zero-nicotine bottle from a repack
The honest read on pear: 10 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run pear the same way in Nouméa: same zero-nicotine bottle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: pear in Nouméa works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested pear in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every pear bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where pear goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised XPF34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.84 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.84 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF34 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is pear legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
