Pear RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Pear in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Pear in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A pear RDA from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.85 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: pear in Nouméa works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear RDA really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on pear: 11 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested pear in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every pear bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where pear goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long pear in Nouméa survives.
- Mixing pear with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
