Passionfruit starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Passionfruit in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Passionfruit is allowed to say
Passionfruit prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.18 per 10 ml.
Passionfruit sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a passionfruit starter kit really costs in Nouméa
Passionfruit in Nouméa reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested passionfruit in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where passionfruit goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.18 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why passionfruit tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should passionfruit start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On passionfruit the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.18 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does passionfruit in a starter kit last?
In Nouméa we measured 3 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
